Reset User Voicemail Passwords

To change your voicemail password:

1. Log into CommPortal as an administrator. Accessing CommPortal
2. Find the extension that you would like to unlock in the Lines tab.
3. Under the Actions tab on the right, select View individual settings.
4. Once logged onto the users extension, click on the Settings tab at the top of the screen.
5. On the Account tab, under Security, click on Change next to Account Password.
6. Enter the new password (a minimum of 8 numerical digits) two times, then click Confirm.
