If you are a customer paying for this service, you should have received an email from our security department containing your login address. The following image is an example of what your login screen should look like.
Once you are logged in, the first thing you must do is setup MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Please follow the “How do I setup MFA for AlienVault” procedure before attempting to use your AlienVault account.
