Before you begin, you will need both an account with GoDaddy and our web hosting site. If you already have an account with both and can access them proceed to step 1 below.

If you do not yet have an existing account with us, please visit https://webhosting.magna5cloud.com/ and click “Sign in” then “Create My Account”.

If you do not yet have an existing account with GoDaddy, please navigate to https://godaddy.com and click “Sign in” then “Create My Account”.
If your SSL Certificate is expiring and you need to renew it, please follow the procedure below no later than one week prior to the certificate expiration date.
1. Open either the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox internet browsers and navigate to: https://webhosting.magna5cloud.com/products/ssl
2. Proceed to make the necessary purchase. Please make certain to authorize Magna5 with full access to the domain/order. You will need the following information to complete your purchase:
- Current certificate (Example: Multi-Domain SSL)
- List of Domains (Example: owa.covestro.com, shop.covestro.com)
- GoDaddy Certificate (Example: Premium SSL 5-Site)

A credit card must be used on the website to complete the transaction. Magna5 can no longer accept Purchase Orders.

- Using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browse to https://webhosting.magna5cloud.com/products/ssl
- Depending on your GoDaddy certificate, select the necessary package. In this example, we will select Premium SSL (5-Site).
- Next you will be prompted to confirm your protection plan, number of sites, certificate, and whether you wish to renew for 1 or 2 years.
- The final steps are filling out your billing information and completing the purchase.
- Once the purchase has been finalized, please contact IT support at 844-462-4625 opt 3 so we may assist with the post-purchase process.
3. Upon completion of the order, please send an email to [email protected] with information on your current certificate and order number for the new certificate.
Our IT Operations Center technicians are standing by to assist with removal of the existing certificate, as well as applying the new certificate.
