Please see the “How do I log into the Monitoring Portal?” procedure if you have not already to access your account.

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is an authentication method in which a computer user is granted access only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence to authenticate themselves. Please follow the procedure below to complete your setup.

How to set up MFA:

1. First, you will need to download an Authentication app. The below options can be used on both Android and iPhone (iOS).

Install your desired application on your phone, this will be needed after MFA is setup in order to log into the monitoring portal.

2. When you first log into your account, you will be prompted to setup MFA.

Scan the QR code using your authenticator app on your mobile device, and enter the 6-digit code displayed on the app.

Note

You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator each time you attempt to access your account. If you encounter any difficulties please contact us at 844-462-4625 option 3.
