If you are a Magna5 customer with network monitoring services and have been provided credentials for N-Central, please use them to sign in here.
1. Once logged in, expand “Actions” on the left panel. Then click Download Agent/Probe.
2. Click Windows Agent to download the agent.
This will download the file on the device you’re clicking the button from. If necessary, be sure to move this file onto the device you wish to install the agent on.
3. Once the Windows Agent installation file is on the device you wish to install it on, run the file and complete the installation process.
4. From N-Central, expand “Configuration” then “Asset Discovery” on the left panel. Then click Discovered Assets.
5. Check the box next to the device / IP address you wish to add to N-Central then click Import.
A few minutes after importing (if not immediately) – the device will be visible from the “All Devices” list where it can be managed and accessed remotely from N-Central.
