How does it work?
Our Screen Sharing software allows us to have a secure one-on-one remote connection to your computer or mobile device, allowing us to troubleshoot issues wherever you are. When the troubleshooting session is over, the connection is terminated and we can no longer connect to your computer.
Obtaining a code
To obtain a code to begin the remote session, please contact the Magna5 Support Team. Please note, a new code is required for each troubleshooting session.
